Call for entry Manifest! Arte Urbana - Urban Art MANIFEST! È un evento d’arte contemporanea e graphic design che vede come supporto creativo il manifesto, il poster. La rassegna vuole dare la possibilità di misurarsi con un supporto storicamente importante, inserito in quella che possiamo definire comunicazione urbana, arte di strada. / MANIFEST! It is a contemporary art and graphic design event that sees the poster as a creative support. The exhibition aims to give the opportunity to measure oneself with a historically important support, inserted in what we can define as urban communication, street art. Manifesto significa anche “offerto apertamente alla vista”, chiaro, evidente, certo. L’arte è l’unica possibilità che abbiamo per esprimere una sincerità reale, una verità indiscutibile e con il poster essa viene messa a disposizione di tutti, per tutti e sotto la vista di tutti. / Manifesto also means "openly offered to view", clear, evident, certain. Art is the only possibility we have to express real sincerity, an indisputable truth and with the poster it is made available to everyone, for everyone and for everyone to see. L’evento occupa i luoghi urbani, le strade, le stazioni dei treni e le fermate degli autobus. / The event occupies urban places, streets, train stations and bus stops. Essa si colloca nel tessuto urbano, con le sue strade, palazzi, luoghi inusuali ed a volte abbandonati, elevandoli a punti d’osservazione privilegiati di estetica, pensiero ed azione civile. / It is located in the urban fabric, with its streets, buildings, unusual and sometimes abandoned places, elevating them to privileged observation points of aesthetics, thought and civil action. L’occupazione estetica dei luoghi urbani permette al cittadino che vive tutti i giorni nella sua città, di usufruire del contributo creativo degli artisti, generatori di pensieri positivi e del bello, condividendo tale esperienza senza barriere, ostacoli istituzionali. / The aesthetic occupation of urban places allows the citizen who lives every day in his city to benefit from the creative contribution of artists, generators of positive thoughts and beauty, sharing this experience without barriers or institutional obstacles. La sperimentazione dell’utente nel prendere visione di tali azioni e condivisa dall’esperienza dell’artista che deve, per forza di cose, aggiornare la sua possibilità tecnica e creativa pensando ad una installazione che prende la forma del luogo scelto: il manifesto. In questo modo è possibile fare ricerca, scoprire nuove frontiere che appartengono all’arte contemporanea, diluita nei gangli neuronali del tessuto urbano della città. / The user's experimentation in viewing these actions is shared by the experience of the artist who must, inevitably, update his technical and creative possibilities by thinking of an installation that takes the shape of the chosen place: the poster. In this way it is possible to carry out research, discover new frontiers that belong to contemporary art, diluted in the neuronal ganglia of the urban fabric of the city.
