STUDENTS MOVING TO ANOTHER ACADEMY
The deadline for transfer applications, with the Home Institution’s clearance sheet attached, coincides with the last registration deadline possible settled by the destination Institution to access the frequency of the academic courses. Transfers are not allowed when the annual teaching activity of the academic a.a. on which the transfer is asked has started.
As an evidence of the career of studies carried out, a certificate of the exams taken/credits obtained with the relevant subject areas (according to DM. 123/09 Annex A) should be attached to the transfer application, and it should bear also the contents of the certified exams.
The academic board will assess the recognition of credits/exams and of any educational debts of credits to be recovered for the course required, as well as passing the aptitude test provided for that course, and possibly the skill test if never previously passed.
The transfer process ends within thirty days with the delivery to the student of the new individual study plan for the course he submitted the application for, this enables him to attend the subject courses within the new course chosen.
STUDENTS MOVING FROM ANOTHER ACADEMY
Students having attended another Academy and wishing to continue their studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Macerata are asked to submit to the secretariat all the documents provided by the institution of origin and then to proceed to the enrolment.
